Will Call

Will Call is available for pick up as soon as tickets are purchased through Mysteriously Yours box office. Only the cardholder with a photo ID and the credit card used is allowed to pick up will call tickets. Tickets or passes left by outdoors personnel usually arrive in the box office approximately one hour before the event start time. Unfortunately, Mysteriously Yours  box office personnel have no way of knowing who is to receive outdoors personnel tickets until they are delivered to the box office. Patrons may also leave tickets at the will call window; however Mysteriously Yours box office cannot and will not accept responsibility for unclaimed tickets. Tickets will be released only to the person whose name appears on the ticket.

Age Restrictions

Children 6 and up are permitted in Mysteriously Yours. Everyone regardless of age (8 and up) must have a ticket to enter the theater.

Canceled or Rescheduled Events

In the event a performance is canceled or rescheduled, information is immediately placed on Mysteriously Yours website. We will make every attempt to contact individual ticket holders. However, please be aware that we may not be able to contact everyone. If an event is canceled, refunds will be issued at the point of purchase only.

If the event is rescheduled, tickets purchased for the original date will be honored at the new date. In most cases, refunds will also be available up until the rescheduled date.

Lost/Stolen Tickets

If tickets are lost or stolen, you should immediately contact the original point of purchase to inform them of the loss. Lost tickets are similar to lost cash, and tickets will be not be reissued unless ownership of tickets can be verified. Reissue of a lost ticket is not guaranteed. If the ticket purchase can be confirmed, the box office will reissue the ticket to the original purchaser.

Refunds

There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased. If an event is canceled or rescheduled, tickets may be refunded at the original point of purchase.

Artists appearing or performing at Mysteriously Yours have creative control over their own shows. The views expressed there in do not reflect those of Mysteriously Yours Mystery Theatre.
